We are committed to social responsibility in all its possibilities. We carry out socially responsible practices and programs in the following axes:

QUALITY OF LIFE WITHIN THE COMPANY

The management of human capital, focused on a socially responsible vision, internally creates a favorable, stimulating, safe, creative, non-discriminatory and participatory work environment in which all its members interact based on fair bases of integrity and respect that foster their human and professional development, contributing to achieve a better quality of life.

BUSINESS ETHICS

With the aim of giving added value to our daily operations, in 2011 our Ethical Corporate Governance was established, made up of the following bodies:

  • Mixed Drafting Subcommittee of the Internal Work Regulations.
  • Mixed Ethics Subcommittee.
  • Ranking Subcommittee.
  • Gender Equity Committee.
  • Joint Safety, Hygiene and Environment Commission.
  • Community Engagement Committee.

 COMMUNITY LINKS 

The company perceives and implements commitment and responsibility with the community. Identifies and monitors public expectations that the community has of it, innovation sustained involvement of community members, authorities or organizations must be included.
ENVIRONMENTAL CARE
One of the great challenges of any company is the generation of  wealth and environmental conservation. These practices demonstrate how the company respects the environment, promotes the optimization of resources, anticipates the generation of waste and/or develops processes for recycling or reusing resources or incorporating its products and processes into natural cycles.
Main programs in social responsibility:
  • Anti-corruption training.
  • Implementation of our Gender Equity Model Management System (MEG: 2012).
  • Incentives to our staff.
  • Recycling program.
  • Benefit program in favor of Civil Society Organizations.
